    Two Chinese nationals and two Ladakhi women were detained from Namgia village located close to India-China border near Shipkila Pass in Kinnaur district of Himachal Pradesh on Sunday. Though the Chinese nationals were carrying valid visas and passports, their presence in the border village has left security agencies concerned.
